God Moved In — And You're Still Keeping Distance
John 1:14
Opening Prayer
Lord, remove the distance I've created between me and You.
Not the distance You made — the distance I chose.
Teach me to respond to Your nearness instead of managing it. Amen.

Encounter
God didn't stay far. He stepped in. Took on skin and bone and limitation. Moved into the neighborhood. His nearness was never removed — the question has always been whether we'd receive it.
"And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us."
John 1:14
Dwelt — the Greek is skenoo. To pitch a tent. To set up camp. God didn't visit. He moved in. Chose proximity. On purpose. Permanently. Not to inspect you — to be with you.
Busyness is one of the most effective ways to keep God at a manageable distance while still appearing devoted. The distance you feel right now — whose choice is that?
Confrontation
"God came near. He pitched His tent in your world. But you're still living like He's far — too busy to receive what He already gave."
One Move · Within 24 Hours
Ten minutes. Uninterrupted. No phone. No task. No agenda. Not to get something — just to be near. Let His nearness be enough.
Closing Prayer
Jesus, I respond to Your nearness — not with performance, not with a list.
Just me. Teach me to walk with You — not just believe in You. Amen.
Just me. Teach me to walk with You — not just believe in You. Amen.
